The Importance Of A Builders Clean Service In Christchurch
The importance of professional post construction cleaning cannot be overstated because buildings are typically laden with dust, debris, and hazardous materials. Professional cleaners come equipped with the right tools and eco-friendly cleaning products to provide thorough cleanup of the site, ensuring no corner is left untouched. Our team is trained to handle common construction residues, though hazardous materials may require specialised equipment for removal.
One notable advantage is the use of pressure water jets, crucial for cleaning surfaces at heights. This is especially vital for multi-storey buildings where cleaning the exterior without proper equipment is a daunting task. For commercial sites, the complexity increases, as it requires a team of cleaners and the right cleaning tools to handle extensive areas, ceilings, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, and more.
It’s a time-efficient solution, enabling a quicker process of occupancy without burdening the occupants with the task of cleaning. Our professional cleaners Christchurch will make sure you spend your time and energy on settling into your brand new property without feeling overwhelmed by fatigue.
Architectural Home Cleaning Service For New Builds
Architectural home cleaning for new builds is a specialised facet of post construction cleaning that concentrates on preserving the pristine quality of architectural elements. This service is tailored to not only restore but to elevate the aesthetic allure of your new build’s unique architectural features.
After construction, dust and debris settle on architectural features of the building, diminishing the visual appeal. Our dedicated team of cleaners meticulously addresses these elements, ensuring that ceilings, walls, intricate mouldings, and other architectural nuances are free from dust and debris. We ensure that every nook and cranny reflects the craftsmanship that went into your new build.
Builders Cleaning For Different Property Types
Townhouse Builder Cleaning
Our specialised cleaning team focuses on cleaning townhouse elements such as staircases, intricate railings, and multi-level flooring. The post-construction cleaning in townhouses will unveil the real charm of craftsmanship like modular designs, expansive windows, and shared walls. This service ensures that residents can fully appreciate the craftsmanship and attention to detail that make townhouses unique.
Home Renovation Cleaning
Our experienced professional team will ensure that your house is clean and safe before moving in. We come equipped with all the necessary tools, including HEPA filter vacuum cleaners that remove the small dust particles a domestic vacuum can’t. We remove debris and dust, wipe every surface with microfiber cloths, and dispose of hazardous materials properly, following local regulations.
We use the paintable masking liquid method to remove paint marks from the windows
For a pain-free way to remove paint from glass, use paintable masking liquid. This is applied to the glass surface before you start painting. Once the paint has dried, the masking liquid forms a tight seal. When you’re ready to remove the paint, simply use a razor blade to scrape off both the paint and the masking liquid. This is less hassle than using painter’s tape and gives a clean, tight seal. After removing the paint, make sure to clean the glass surface thoroughly to remove any residue.
