We took care of commercial builders cleaning and floor cleaning at Islington, Christchurch 8042. A regular customer reached out to us to fix problems left by a previous cleaning company. When we arrived, we quickly assessed the issues at this new build site. The concrete floor hadn't been polished and scrubbed properly. Since it was a newly built site, the previous company lacked experience with large commercial sites. To tackle the problem, we knew we needed to clean the fine dust properly using special vacuums first. Then, we used scrubbing machines with appropriate scrubbing pads. Finally, we applied polishing liquid and cotton pads to give the floor a beautiful finish. The customer was pleased with the results.
Project
We cleaned a building in Christchurch city center that was covered in pigeon droppings. It was a big job and took us a week to finish. We removed over 100 bags of droppings. We call this job "night and day" for a reason. It was done for a café near Christchurch Airport, covering a large site of approximately 300 square meters. Every commercial job comes with its own challenges, and this one was no different. As you can see, the floor hadn't been cleaned in a decade.
